Warm Up: 5 rounds of:

5 Deadhang Pull Ups (or L- Pull Ups) (hold the top of each rep for two seconds)
5 Strict Toes to Bar (hold the top of each rep for two seconds)

Both exercises unbroken

WOD L1: For time:

100 Double Unders
30 Pull Ups
30 Front Squats (95/65)
30 Pull Ups
100 Double Unders

14 minute time limit

WOD L2: For time:

100 Double Unders
30 Pull Ups
30 Front Squats (135/95)
30 Pull Ups

So much to address!!!…

The blog will be kept as short as possible today, but I ask that you keep up with it especially over the next week.  First and foremost read this and do it!  This Après Friday will also be monumental since Coach Justin will be celebrating his birthday.  Be sure to come out to support a good cause and also spend some quality time!  We are looking to make it a big one!!!

In addition to all that in case of any weather emergencies (friday night notwithstanding) please check the schedule in case of any cancellations.  Lastly, with the Paleo Challenge coming to an end, there will be a meeting at Box 1 at 1 P.M. on Saturday, February 16th to go over a bunch of topics that include:

  • Processed Foods
  • Sleep
  • Alcohol
  • Food and hormones
  • Macronutrition
  • Water and hydration
  • Snacking
  • Sugar sensitivity
  • Why do we need to eat
  • What do the coaches do?

Even if you did not do the Paleo Challenge, you are more than welcome to the meeting.  One last thing…
